Hand massage

Hand massage is very important and very valuable technique of getting relief from your entire work burden and all day job tiredness.

Hand and foot massage increases your blood circulation due to which you feel relaxed and calm all of your tiredness from all the day just decreased to 0 and you feel fresh. Hand massage started from very old times. A painting in an Egyptian physician’s tomb from 2330 B.C shows hand and foot massage. Hand massage also provides pain relief and reduces stress due to burden of all day work. A study conducted at Shizuoka Cancer Center Hospital in Japan and published in 2009 found that brief hand massage appeared to reduce stress in patients with advanced cancer.
There are different techniques which are used for hand and foot massages hand massage is most likely as you are washing your hand, but it is most focused on your palm which directly effects to your shoulders arms and on your head. And same is with your food through which your legs and thighs feel relax due to which you feel good.  Shiatsu, is a technique traditional to Japan, focuses on key points in the hands and other areas of the body.
Common traditional massage strokes for the hands include rubbing the finger joints, gently squeezing the fingers, pressing along the palm with the thumbs with the fingers spread, circular pressure applied with the thumbs and fingertips, stroking between the bones running down the top of the hand, soft stroking, squeezing the wrists, gentle pulling of the fingers, pressing the fingers tips and wringing motions of the entire hand.
